Tellinex Limited ("Tellinex", "we", "us", or "our") operates the FieldPack Pro Jamaica mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information — When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, employee ID, and role assignment as provided by your organisation's administrator.

Device & Sensor Data — The App accesses your iPad's camera, LiDAR sensor, GPS location, and biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) to perform its core functions. We collect:

• Photographs and 3D scans of work sites (Before, During, and After evidence)
• GPS coordinates associated with site visits and survey data
• LiDAR point-cloud data for infrastructure measurement
• Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data when connected to supported devices

Usage Data — We collect anonymised analytics about App usage patterns, feature engagement, sync events, and error logs to improve the App.

Biometric Data — Face ID and Touch ID authentication is processed entirely on your device by Apple's Secure Enclave. We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide fibre-optic network survey, installation, and evidence capture functionality
• To sync field data with the Tellinex Command Centre for operational management
• To generate automated quotes, material lists, and depot sourcing recommendations
• To enable the Opus AI assistant to provide contextual field guidance
• To dispatch technicians via the Opus Dispatch Engine with route optimisation
• To manage your technician credentials and access permissions
• To improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

3. Data Storage & Security

Field data is stored locally on your device when offline and synced to our secure cloud infrastructure (hosted on Supabase with PostgreSQL, Row Level Security enabled) when connectivity is available. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Site photographs are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls tied to your organisation.

The App supports full offline operation. Data collected offline remains encrypted on-device until sync is completed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Within your organisation — Administrators and supervisors can view field data, reports, and technician activity within the Tellinex Command Centre
• Service providers — We use Supabase (database/storage), Anthropic (Opus AI), and Apple (push notifications, crash analytics) to operate the App
• Legal obligations — We may disclose information if required by Jamaican law, UK law, or valid legal process

5. Data Retention

Field data (photographs, scans, surveys) is retained for the duration of your organisation's contract with Tellinex plus 7 years for regulatory and audit purposes. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account deactivation. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (Jamaica Data Protection Act 2020 and UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a professional enterprise tool and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
