What devices does FieldPack Pro support?
FieldPack Pro requires an iPad Pro (2020 or later) or iPad Air (5th generation or later) with LiDAR capability, running iPadOS 17.0 or later.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. FieldPack Pro is designed for field conditions with unreliable connectivity. All core functions work fully offline. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How do I set up my technician account?
Your organisation administrator creates your account in the Tellinex Command Centre. You'll receive an email invitation with setup instructions.
How does GPR integration work?
FieldPack Pro connects to supported GPR devices (Proceq GP8000, Exodigo) via Bluetooth. GPR data is captured alongside your survey and linked to GPS location.
My data isn't syncing. What should I do?
Check your internet connection first. Go to Settings โ†’ Sync Status to see pending items. Try Force Sync. If the issue persists, email support@fieldpackpro.com.
Can I export survey data?
Yes. Surveys can be exported as PDF reports directly from FieldPack Pro, or accessed via the Command Centre's Quotes tab.
